We offer capoeira training for all levels and ages in Zurich, Winterthur and St. Gallen. No matter how athletic you are, if you are fit as an ironman or live the life of a sloth... with us everyone finds the right challenge!

Our community in Zurich, Winterthur and St. Gallen is known especially for playful style and stand for elegant, dynamic movements, infectious music and a strong community.

We are an international crew with over 24 nationalities. Inclusion is super important for us! Everyone is welcome, training & fun are the focus!

We have a lot of fun with our "2nd family"- we visit international workshops, organize our own events ourselves, meet for music lessons, BBQ and more...

    Its time again for our main event of the year in the beautiful Zurich! Guest of honour- Mestra Noa, M. Piolho & CM. Dana. We are looking forward for a mutual weekend full with music, movement and many magical moments.

Life without music is like a world without colors

To each roda (circle) we sing and make music ourselves. This brings power, you improve your sense of rhythm, learn some Portuguese and traditional songs.
